Return Policy

Ctime will only accept a return request if the consumer receives a product that is not the same as the product purchased or if the functionality of the product was malfunctioning at the time of receipt. In order to make a refund, the consumer will need to provide Ctime with photos of the product and a video of the malfunction immediately. If the consumer has already worn and used the watch, or has removed the protective film from the watch, a return cannot be requested.

*Important: If a return is required, please ensure that the watch is in the same condition as it was when the package was received.

If a return needs to be made, it needs to be done within 7 days of the parcel showing signed for.

Once the return policy has been adopted, please return the product to the address specified by Ctime customer service within the specified time frame and provide Ctime with the track number.

Please do not use major shipping companies like DHL,EMS,or FedEx. Use regular registered postal service to avoid entrance problems.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be applied for the following reasons.

Factory stock or our stock does not offer a replacement for the returned watch.

The product you ordered is out of stock or out of stock and you do not wish to choose any other product.

Your parcel has been held up by customs via our recommended shipping method and we can refund you or send you a new parcel as discussed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Important: If you are not around, please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel. We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your parcel because you are not around to pick it up.

If you receive an empty box from the post office or DHL, do not sign the parcel. You must refuse the parcel to the courier and report to DHL or the Post Office that the weight of the box does not match the recorded weight of the parcel.

Warranty Policy

Ctime will provide a 1 year warranty on the movement of the watch. If the movement does not work properly during use, the customer can send the watch back for repair.

Important: Ctime is unable to repair watches that have been affected by water, as Ctime is unable to know the exact cause of the watch failure.
